• you could use it as an autoclicker (which is worse than my speed at butterfly meaning it's probably not a great one)
• heartbeat simulator (drag intensity to 0 then press the right arrow key, enable mobile mode for a calmer heartbeat)
• LITTLE TABLE DEMON
• annoying sound creator
• could be an alarm
• massager?
• idk just fuck with it

i only tested this on a dualshock 4 PLEASE OPEN A GODDAMN ISSUE IF IT DOESN'T WORK ON XBOX CONTROLLERS
